Carter; his sons, Richie Carter (Susan) and Reggie Carter; his siblings, June Hughes (Wansley) of Dublin, GA, Debbie James (Rickey) of Forsyth, GA and Rickey Carter (Ginger) of East Dublin, GA; his grandchildren, Blake Carter (Amanda), Wesley Carter, Chris Feltis and Eric Feltis; and his great grandchildren, Branch, Hanley, Gatlin, Grayson and Raylen. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
