It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Ted Asbury Nixon (Dunwoody, Georgia), who passed away on December 7, 2018, at the age of 78, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his son John Edward Nixon; his parents, Jim Nixon and Louise Nixon; and his siblings, Clyde Nixon, Sam Nixon, Roy Nixon, Jack Nixon and Eloise Harrison.
He is survived by: his wife JoAnn Nixon; his child Christy Moss; his son-in-law Chris of Duluth; his grandchildren, Jenny Moss, Morgan Moss and Statesboro; his brother Wyatt "Doc" Nixon of Griffin; his son Keith; and also Keith. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, donations can be made to Wow In-Sync, Inc., a non-profit organization in Tucker, GA that supports adults with developmental disabilities.
