It is with great sadness that we announce the death of James William McPherson of Dunwoody, Georgia, born in Marietta, Georgia, who passed away on February 11, 2021, at the age of 72, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his parents, Richard Lee McPherson and Evelyn Clyde Kuykendall McPherson; and his niece Pamela Pursell McClung of Kennesaw Georgia. He is survived by: his sisters, Carol McPherson Partee of Kennesaw, GA and Dorothy McPherson Melton (Gerald) of Alpharetta, GA; and his nephews, Paul Richard Pursell (Carol) of Kennesaw, GA, Gregory Hayden Melton of Dallas, TX, Chase Patton Melton of Athens, GA and Preston Walker Melton of Alpharetta, GA..
