She was predeceased by: her spouse King David Cleveland; her son Kennis; her parents, Henry Clay Fortson and Floyce Maxwell Fortson; and her siblings, Leonard Clay Fortson, Marion Callaway Fortson, Weymon Johnson Fortson, Wilton Thomas Fortson and Elizabeth Floyce Fortson Dye.

She is survived by: her children, Michele (William Saville), Kevin (Carol Cleveland), Vicki (Randy Evans) and Cindy Pound (late William) of Blairsville; and her grandchildren, Mary Saville, King Saville, Kate Hawkins, Sharon Saville, Adam Cleveland, Eli Cleveland, Sawyer Evans, Bailey Evans, Cameron Small and Lauren Orlando. She is also survived by ten great-grandchildren.
