She is survived by: her grandchild Dean; her husband Jerris Burge Sr. (Jerry); her daughter Tammy Koch (Kris); her grandchildren, Megan Janus (Alex) and Mitchell Koch (Katerina); her great grandchild Sofía; her son Dean Burge (Renee); her grandchildren, Jerris Jr. and Jenna Burge; and her siblings, William Marlowe (Charli Marlow) and Dorothy Miller (Ray).

In lieu of flowers the family asks that donations be made to The Atlanta Humane Society.
