He is survived by: his wife Nancy Hart England; his children, Mike England (Catherine), Kerry England (Silvestra) and Nandra Miller; his grandchildren, Kenny England, Hannah Hazelwood, Nathan England and Emily Grace Miller; his great grandchildren, Cayden, Layne and Faythe Hazelwood; and his sisters, Marilou Stanley and Martha Fincher (David).
