He was predeceased by: his parents, Carl Turner and Dulsie Turner (Wellborn). He is survived by: his wife Rachel "Kay" Turner; his children, Amanda Turner and William Turner, Jr.; his grandchildren, Ryan Anderson and Zoey Vater; and his sisters, Edna Hicks and Maude Collins.

No flowers or money donations will be accepted by the family.
