He was predeceased by: his father Louis Tinnell; and his brother Tracey Tinnell. He is survived by: his mother Bonnie Tinnell of Duluth; his brother Matt Tinnell (Amy) of Jefferson; his nephew Alex Payne; his niece Lora Payne; and his uncle Barry Newcombe (Mary Lee) of Lexington, KY..
