He was predeceased by: his father Morris "Moe" J. Faulk. He is survived by: his mother Mildred "Milly" A. Faulk (Hoffmann); his aunt Betty Faulk; and his uncle Lawrence Faulk. He is also survived by extended family and friends.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions in Gregory's name may be made to American Diabetes Association, Friedens United Church of Christ or to the donor's favorite charity.
