He was loved and cherished by many people including: his son Charlie; his sister Mary Anne Denney; his stepdaughter Sarah Sowell; his former wife Charlotte Miller; his aunt Verna Kiefer; his nephews, Brian and Kevin Ghumm; and his cousins, Jim Kiefer, John Kiefer and Joyce Davis.
In lieu of flowers, the family asks for donations to be made in his name to the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society or to your local PBS station.
