He was predeceased by: his parents, Milton Hamby Daniell and Daphane Fouts Daniell; his wife Frances Louvine Daniell; and his daughter Melissa Daniell. He is survived by: his children, Michael Daniell, Michele Kirby and Matthew Daniell; his grandchildren, Franklin Oliver, Kimberly Sealock, Jennifer Winters, Dillon Pope, Patrick Busby, Matthew Busby, Cheyanne Busby, Kirsten Daniell, Preston Pitts and Morgan Pitts; his great grandchildren, Charles Sealock, Rose Winters, Aria Pope, Van Johnny Pope, Kirsten Nyguen and Tristen Nyguen; and his brother James Daniell.
