She is survived by: her mother Willie Jean Key Hemby; her husband Jeffrey Merle Fowler; her children, Misty Millican (Chris), Ashley Lindsey (Phillip), Daniel Sprayberry and Amber Campo (Joel); and her grandchildren, Blakely Folds, Maylan Ussery, Lucas Lindsey, Ella Kate Lindsey and Isaias Cordova.
