He was predeceased by: his parents, Burley B. Stevens, Sr. and Sarah Elizabeth Maddox; his wives, Dorothy Alice Smith, Wilma Roberta Jones and Bonnie Belle Smith Blanchard; and his brother Clifford Lee Stevens (Evelyn).
He is survived by: his brother Burley B. Stevens, Jr. (Marilyn); and his children, Michael Lee Stevens (Patsy) of Douglas, GA, Judith Carol Rich (Marion) of Williamsburg, NM and Pamela Lea Edwards (Ronald) of Douglas, GA. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren, 10 great-grandchildren, 3 great-great-grandchildren.
