He was predeceased by: his parents, Ramon Ormsby Ortiz and Juanell Jewell Ortiz; and his brother Emilio Ortiz. He is survived by: his wife Louise Davis Ortiz of Douglas, Georgia; his sons, Jose (Ashley Ortiz), Zachary (Adam Ortiz) and Johnathan Ortiz of Douglas, Georgia; his grandchildren, Konor Ortiz, Ava Wynn and Maddux Wynn; and his sisters, Joy Smith (Ricky) of Ambrose and Camellia Spivey (Stanley) of Douglas, Georgia..
