She was predeceased by: her parents, Kight Burnam and Estelle Batten Burnam; her husband Ralph Y. Lewis; her son Ralph Larry Lewis; and her siblings, Jack Burnam, Homer Burnam, Waverly Burnam and Edith Burnam Norton.

She is survived by: her children, Teresa Lynn Lewis of Douglas and Jonathan Lewis of Douglas, Georgia; her granddaughter Brooke Lewis of Douglas; and her daughter-in-law Linda Lewis of Douglas, GA..
