He was predeceased by: his parents, Marvin Vasco Bookout and Wanda Mae McRorie of West Green, GA; his daughter Cortney Bookout; his sister Jean Bookout Vickers; and his sister-in-law Schannon Bookout.
He is survived by: his wife Cynthia "Cindy" Anderson Bookout of Douglas, GA; his children, Candice Taylor (Anthony) of Pearson, GA and Jonathan Bookout (Mandy) of Grovetown, GA.; his siblings, Marcia Steed (Johnny) of Nicholls, GA and Dewayne Bookout of West Green; his brother-in-law Mike Vickers of Ambrose, GA; his grandchildren, Dylan Taylor (Mallory) of Axson, GA, Macy Taylor of Valdosta, GA and Ryann Bookout of Grovetown, GA.; and his brother Rodney Peterson. He is also survived by Several Nieces, Nephews, Cousins.
