With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Larry G. Ledford (Douglas, Georgia), whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on June 5, 2024 at the age of 99. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his parents, Rev. Larry F. Ledford and Emma Ledford (McGaha); and his wife Boneta Ledford (Meeks). He is survived by: his sister Elizabeth Butler of Shalimar, FL; his children, Dr. Michael Ledford (Maribeth) of Fort Walton Beach, FL, Linda Bell (Eugene) of Fernandina Beach, FL and Kenneth Ledford (Jan) of Clarksville, GA.; his grandchildren, Dirk Ledford (Holly) of Sandy Springs, GA, Dara Sutton (John) of Mooresville, NC, Dr. Laura Wright (Charles) of Valdosta, GA, Lisa Amin (Aman) of Charleston, SC and Dr. Marc Bell (Shari) of Greensboro, NC; and his great grandchildren, Eugene Bell IV, Sarah Lily Bell, Finley Amin, Brody Amin, Addison Ledford, Jackson Sutton, Campbell Sutton and Cassidy Sutton.
In lieu of flowers the family request all donations be sent to the charity of their choice.
