He is survived by: his wife Lorraine Taylor Bookout of Douglas, GA; his children, Angela Strom (Stacey) of Douglas, GA, Frederick Lee Bookout (Tiffany) of Ambrose, GA and Tiffany Swan of Douglas, GA; his stepson Scott Waldron (Michelle) of Douglas, GA; and his siblings, Frances Spikes (Lonnie) of Pearson, GA, Laquita Teston (Elton) of West Green, GA and Clayton Bookout (Donna) of Broxton, GA. He is also survived by Grandchildren and Great Grandchildren Also several nieces, nephews, cousins.
