He was predeceased by: his parents, Howard Everett Hooper and Winifred Adams Hooper; his siblings, Loy Hooper and Dee Berga; and his sons, Scott Lee Hooper and Todd Michael Hooper.
He is survived by: his wife Rosemary Morgan Hooper; his grandson Jon; and his sister Nancy Holmes of California. He is also survived by his boys, his wife, and her family, making many friends.
Rather than flowers, "Super" Hooper requested that, upon his passing, donations be made to the American Heart Association and the American Diabetes Association.
