He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur O'Hearn and Essie Mae Burton O'Hearn; and his siblings, Wallace O'Hearn, Buster O'Hearn, Hiram O'Hearn, Christine Boyd, Cordelia Brookins and Evelyn Warren. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.

In lieu of flowers, the family request memorial contributions be made to Oakview Church of God.
