He was predeceased by: his parents, Arthur Lee Hay, Sr. and Leila Hodges Hay; and his siblings, Clarice Hay Minter and Arthur Lee Hay, Jr.. He is survived by: David Priest. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
