She was predeceased by: her parents, Shedrick Spence and Jeffie Lee Crim Spence; her husband Deacon Joe Nathan Chambers; and her grandson Clarence Chambers. She is survived by: her children, Sandy Clyde, Mary Frances Lofton (Jefferson), Sarah Calloway (Willis), Maxine Chambers, Delois Alexander, Joe Chambers (Barbara) and Charlie Chambers (Delores); her sister Jessie B. Gates of White Plains, AL; her siblings-in-law, Rozella Phillips (Willie) of Akron, OH and Tommie Hicks of Chicago, IL; her grandchildren, Cherry, Marvin, Ricky, Robert, Patricia, Tony, Eddie, Cynthia, Marilyn, Willis, LeAndra, Shabreka, Cleveland, Jimmy III, Kathleen, Jonathan, Michael and JaTara; her godchildren, Andrew Jenkins, Jr. and Sis; her close friend Memphis Marshall, Jr; and her cousin George Williams. She is also survived by nieces; nephews; close friends; and caregiver.
