She was predeceased by: her parents, Earl Randolph Highbaugh and Amelia Hass Highbaugh; and her son Earl Randolph "Randy" Spratlin. She is survived by: her husband Paul Spratlin of Dawson; and her cousin John Henry Salter of Albany.
