He is survived by: his wife Jimmie Lee Whaley; his siblings, Dorothy Cooper (Henry), Clinton Whaley (Evelyn), Beulah Gallant (Bert), Ralph Whaley (Lorraine), Grady Whaley, Freeman Whaley (Lillian), Lois Summey (Gene) and Coy Whaley; his children, Coy Whaley, Lois Summey (Gene), Freeman Whaley (Lillian), Grady Whaley, Ralph Whaley (Lorraine), Beulah Gallant (Bert), Clinton Whaley (Evelyn), Dorothy Cooper (Henry), Gary Whaley (Teresa) and Terry Whaley; his grandsons, Ethan Whaley and Tanner Whaley; his great grandchildren, Wrenly Whaley and Ian Whaley; his brother Lenard Whaley (Bernice); his sister-in-law Carole Whaley; and also Kim Whaley. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
