He was predeceased by: his father Wayne Franklin; and his grandparents, Max, Virginia Franklin, J. L. and Mary Jo Green.
He is survived by: his wife Carmella Franklin; his son Dylan; his daughter-in-law Haley Franklin; his mother Reba Franklin; his brother Rodney; his sister-in-law Rene Franklin; and his grandchildren, Beau, Jolene, Brie and River. He is also survived by aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
