He was predeceased by: his parents, Ben Foster and Cora Smith Foster. He is survived by: his wife Betty Edwards Foster; his children, Debby Peppers (Roger), Terrie Tarlton, Michael Foster (Louise) and Thomas Foster; and his caregivers, Foster, Sharon Silvers, Fadia Bitar and Frances Lawrence. He is also survived by his 10 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
