He was predeceased by: his parents, Morris Bonds and Gladys Pardlow Bonds; his brother Tommy Bonds; and his grandparents, Watson "Cleve" Pardlow and Lola Booker Pardlow.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley Tibbs Bonds; his sons, Rodney Bonds and Christopher Bonds; his siblings, Patricia Almond (Willie) and Lamar Bonds (Linda); his aunt Wilma Bonds; his uncles, Marion Pardlow and Clarence Bonds; and his father-in-law Walter Watson. He is also survived by nieces, nephews; a host of cousins; sisters-in-law, brothers-in-law; other relatives, and friends.
