She was predeceased by: her parents, Fred Miller and Louise Miller; her brother Thomas F. Miller; and her sister-in-law Frieda Miller. She is survived by: her nieces and nephews, Susan Miller of Dalton, Elizabeth "Libby" Miller of Alabama, Tom, Ashley Miller of Eatonton and Charles Miller of Dalton; her great-nieces, Olivia Miller of Sandy Springs and Callie Miller of Milledgeville; and her caregivers, Tammy Hooker, Janice, Virginia, Jessica, April and Felicia.
Flowers will be accepted, or memorials may be made to the Humane Society of NWGA in honor of Joyce's love for animals.
