She was predeceased by: her husband Larry E. Underwood; and her parents, Robert Erwin and Frances Erwin. She is survived by: her son Jeffrey Underwood; her brother David Erwin; her cousin Pat Wade; and her nieces, Rachel Erwin and Tara Coiner.
