He was predeceased by: his parents, William C. Giles and Harriet Norris Giles; and his brothers, Kenneth and Walter. He is survived by: his wife Rebecca; his children, Aimee, Matt Saathoff, Andy and Sloan Giles; his grandchildren, Alexis (Hunter), Ashton and Archer; his great grandchild Aria; his brother-in-law Wayne Norris; his nephew Ken Giles; and his nieces, Tammy Stephenson and Susan Karnes.
Visitation will be held on Sunday, March 2nd 2025 from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM at the Pleasant Grove Chapel of Julian Peeples Funeral Home (2801 Cleveland Hwy, Dalton, GA 30721).
He was very proud to be on the Yellowstone Foundation Committee.
