He was predeceased by: his parents, Dainward Lindsay and Madeline Lindsay. He is survived by: his wife Carol Brackett of Dalton; his children, Arthur Carver of Dalton and Cynthia; his son-in-law Shannon Craig of Chatsworth; his brother David; his sister-in-law Eunice Lindsay of Cohutta; his sister Sharon; his brother-in-law Frank Boyd of Dalton; and his niece Jill (Jimmy Manley) of Johns Creek.
