She was predeceased by: her parents, Essie Rose and Charles E. Rose; and her children, Phyllis Rittenhouse and Timothy. She is survived by: her son Jack Anthony Blair; her daughter-in-law Krista Blair; and her grandchildren, Josh, Brett, Jake and Jana Rose. She is also survived by numerous great grandchildren, nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
