With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Victoria Ilene Ott of Dallas, Georgia, born in Woodville, Alabama, who passed away on December 30, 2023 at the age of 83. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, William Harvey Swearengin and Myrtle Lee Whitlock Swearengin; her daughter Janice Phillips Jeffery; and her grandson Alexander Collins. She is survived by: her children, Glenda Ott, Laura Collins (Shawn) and Jerry Phillips. She is also survived by 7 grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
