It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Sanford Phillips of Dallas, Georgia, born in Randolph, Alabama, who passed away on September 26, 2023, at the age of 97, leaving to mourn family and friends. He is survived by: his wife Alene Phillips; his daughters, Tammy Sanders (Michael) of Dallas, GA and Sandra Morgan (Barry) of Carmel, IN; his brother Talmadge Phillips (Jane) of Franklin, GA; his sister-in-law Ann Phillips of Newnan, GA; and his grandchildren, Tiffany Calhoun (Aaron), Ashley Holdiman (Matt), Whitney Bradley (Scott), Brittany Dickmeyer (Blake) and Lindsey Barker (Matt).
