She was predeceased by: her husband Danny Allen Bennett; her father James Wilford Dempsey; and her sister Linda Dempsey. She is survived by: her daughter Danette Sellers (Rodney); her boyfriend Billy Barnett; her mother Virginia Dempsey; her stepchildren, Wesley Bennett (Kacy) and Natalie Marie Bennett; her stepgrandchildren, Cody Smith, Caleb White, Colton White, Ethan Bennett, Kaydan Bennett, Finley Bennett, Baileigh Sellers and Gracie Moon; and her stepgreat-grandchildren, River Bennett, Olivia Henderson, Colson Moon and Lainey Carlson. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews.
Visitation will be held on Friday, February 28th 2025 from 5:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Clark Funeral Home (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). A funeral service will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 3:00 PM at the Sam Clark Chapel (4373 Atlanta Hwy, Hiram, GA 30141). A burial will be held on Saturday, March 1st 2025 from 3:30 PM to 4:00 PM at the Mt. Olivet Baptist Church Cemetery (2958 Mt Olivet Rd, Dallas, GA 30132).
