He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Wiggins, Jr. and Laura Bee Wiggins; his wife Mildred Irene Wiggins; and his brother Clarence Wiggins. He is survived by: his children, Valerie Shaw (Richard), Raymond Wiggins, Jr., Carla Wiggins and Leslie Peasant (Anthony); and his grandchildren, Rachel Peasant, Jordan Peasant, Jocelyn Shaw, Ruth Shaw, Richard Shaw, Jr. and Justin Shaw. He is also survived by great-grandchildren.
