He is survived by: his wife Elaine Mayo Halcome Kuglar; his children, Joey Kuglar (Kathy), Jennifer Brett (Nick) and Matthew Halcome (Amanda); his siblings, Larry Kuglar (Lynne) and Susan K. Davis (Jeff); and his grandchildren, Jacob Kuglar, Savannah Kuglar, Saffia Brett and Riju Brett. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
