He was predeceased by: his parents, James Lane and Betty Roberts; his wife Jerrell Lane; and his siblings, Marvin Lane, Richard Lane, Sharon Lane, James Lane, Karen Lane and Becky Perkins.

He is survived by: his children, Terri Humphries, Pennie Stephens (Raymond), Sandra Roper (Lynn), Greg Lane and Jeff Lane (Stephanie); his siblings, Ann Smith, Patricia Kirchmeier, Tim Lane, Bobby Lane, Johnny Lane, Ronny Lane, Charles Lane and Carl Roberts; and his grandchildren, Robert Ray, David Ray, Christopher Lane of Daniel Lane, J. D, Humphries, Ashley Bobrovicz, Tyler Stephens, Brooke Lane, John Blankenship, James Blankenship, Natalie Roper Jones and Scott Christopher. He is also survived by 15 great-grandchildren; 3 great great-grandchildren.

The family would like to extend their love and appreciation to everyone who may be unable to attend the service in person due to Covid-19 concerns.
