He was predeceased by: his parents, Guy Biles Maynard, Sr. and Katherine Dunn Maynard; his wife Gail Kirkpatrick Maynard; and his brother-in-law Travis Whitaker. He is survived by: his daughters, Danielle (Keith Lawson), Tracy (David Voglesburg) and Kelly Guice of Dallas, Georgia; his grandchildren, Jack, Eli, Ashley and Brittany (Will); his great grandchild Liam; and his siblings, Ken (Anita Maynard), David (Tammy Maynard) and Dianne Whitaker.
