She was predeceased by: her parents, Dr. Hamlin Berry Lindsay and Beulah Beatrice Bunch Lindsay; and her son-in-law Don Houston Phelps. She is survived by: her husband Dr. Richard Lee Schultheis; her children, Lisa S. Phelps, Jon Stuart Schultheis (Jenice), Greta S. Hamilton (Paul) and Garth Schultheis (Kristen); and her brother Jon Robert Lindsey. She is also survived by many grandchildren and great grandchildren.
