He is survived by: his wife Laurie Russell; his son John Russell, Jr.; his grandchildren, Hayden Ledford and Addison Ledford; his son-in-law Sean Ledford; his siblings, Eddie Russell and Rita Smith (Kent); and his sisters-in-law, Linda Landers (Jeff) and Carrie Hormel (Gary). He is also survived by many other extended family and friends.
