It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Joe I. Maxwell of Dallas, Georgia, who passed away on February 15, 2023, at the age of 87, leaving to mourn family and friends. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his grandsons, Harley and Jesse Maxwell. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ellen Maxwell; his children, Joel Maxwell of Hiram, GA, Tim Maxwell (Kris) of Dallas, GA, Randy Maxwell (Ellen) of Dallas, GA, Jennifer Hardeman (Dale) of Dallas, GA, Janet Jeffries (Jeff) of Dallas, GA and JoAnna Yandow (Nathan) of Dallas, GA; his grandchildren, Sam Maxwell, Emily Broussard (Percy), Julia Maxwell, Lauren Maxwell, Grant Hardeman (Celest), Alex Arnold, Max Jeffries, Emma Jeffries, Harrison Jeffries, Mamie Jeffries, Thaddeus Yandow and Winnie Yandow; and his great grandchildren, Kaylee Maxwell, Henry Arnold, Tyson Arnold, Rayleigh Hardeman, Jase Hardeman, Sadie Hardeman, Leo Nicklaw and Knox Nicklaw.
