He is survived by: his siblings, Barbara Craig and Donnie Collins (Marlene); his sister-in-law Linda Collins; and his nieces and nephews, Patricia Fairbanks (Randy), Nancy Rogers (David), Rick Collins (Sandy), Chris Collins, Matt Collins (Jennifer) and Andrew Collins (Lyndsey). He is also survived by several great nieces and nephews, cousins, and many family and friends.
