She was predeceased by: her parents, Arthur Cleveland and Virginia Lee McIntosh; her husband Herman Garrison; her brothers, Ezell and Arthur McIntosh, Jr.; her siblings-in-law, Maxie Spencer, William Earl Credle and Margaret McIntosh; and her stepdaughters, Jennifer Sanders and Michelle Mobley.
She is survived by: her sisters, Ada Spencer and Christine M. Credle; her sister-in-law Minnie McIntosh; her sons, Michael Anthony McIntosh (Valeria) and Brian Andre Garrison (Vanessa); her stepsons, Guy (Butch) and David Simpson; her grandchildren, Shanae McMillan, Mercedes and Tyler McIntosh; her stepgrandchildren, Julie Garrison, Shantia Sanders, David Jr., Tatinya, Khalil, Hydiyah Garrison, Buford Foote and Whitney Williams; her great grandchild Elise Valle; and her grandchildren, Shannan, Sean McMillian and Erica Hicks. She is also survived by nieces, nephews, other relatives and friends.
