He was predeceased by: his parents, Bert Monroe Hall and Omie Lee Parris Hall; his wife Jane Anita Miller Hall; and his sister Betty Evans. He is survived by: his daughters, Lori Smith (Wesley) and Beth Hall Stephens (Rodney); his grandchildren, Adam Smith (Meagan), XialYun Smith Herder (Brandon), Jacob Stephens and Cooper Stephens; his great grandchildren, Audrey Jane Smith and Nikolai Smith; and his sister Sudie Harris. He is also survived by many other relatives and friends.
