He is survived by: his spouse Alvin Michele Rachel; his daughters, Chanta M. Zachery Flemister (Jarvis) of Dallas, Georgia, Tiffany Zachery of Dallas, Georgia and Renee L. Fretwell of Austell, Georgia; his grandson Donovan P. Flemister of Dallas, Georgia; and his siblings, Ray V. Zachery of Douglasville, Curtis Zachery, Sr. (Helen) of Villa Reica, Georgia, Linda White of Douglasville, Georgia, Jonie Lovelace of Austell, Georgia and Brenda Sue Almond (Milton) of Hiram, Georgia. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
