He is survived by: his wife Gail Couch; his daughters, Karen Fielder (Greg) of Fayetteville, GA and Sandra Couch of Acworth, GA; his grandchildren, Mitch Fielder (Rebecca) of Dyersburg, TN and Brent Fielder (Angela) of Fayetteville, GA; and his great grandchildren, Michael, Tucker, Reagan, Kaitlyn, Rylie, Landon and Camden.
