He is survived by: his wife Mary Jane Lewis Bannister; his stepchildren, LaDonna Hinson (Roger), Lisa Hinson, Doug Clark (Annette), Chad Floyd (Jenny), Lee Floyd, Chris Floyd (Elaiza) and Kellie Harris (Peter); and his brother Gene Bannister. He is also survived by 18 grandchildren and step-grandchildren; 5 great grandchildren.
