He was predeceased by: his daughter Julie. He is survived by: his wife Barbara; his children, Joseph (Connie) and Lori Hedrick (Dustin); his grandchildren, Eli, Zach Chapman, Anna Beth, Lydia and Malachi Hedrick; and his siblings, Linda Bradford, David Chapman, Michael Chapman and Larry Chapman.
