He was loved and cherished by many people including: his daughter Katherine; his parents, Sandi Fletcher and Kim Fletcher; his wife Beth Derketsch Fletcher; his daughters, Samantha and Katie Fletcher; his sister Dawn; his brother-in-law Bobby Duerr; his niece Olivia Duerr; and his nephew Dylan Duerr.
